Précedemment Lieutenant-Colonel au sein de l’OTAN, Hugues Déchirot a été Officier au Commandement des

Opérations spéciales, l’état-major des forces spéciales françaises.

Psychologue de formation et éminent spécialiste de l’influence, il a mené des dizaines d’opérations sensibles dans de nombreux pays. Attaché à la transmission des connaissances, il enseigne au sein de l'Université de Paris VIII au profit du Master 2 de Psychologie Sociale du Travail et de la Santé : résolution de conflit et changement.

Aujourd’hui au sein d’ADN, il intervient sur lesthématiques liées à la conduite du changement, à l’influence et au recrutement stratégique. Expert reconnu des mécanismes psychologiques, il anime aussi bien des conférences que des formations auprès d’organisations de tout type pour soutenir leur performance et conduire des actions précises d’influence.

A trained psychologist and eminent specialist in influence, he has carried out dozens of sensitive

operations in numerous countries. Committed to the transmission of knowledge, he teaches within

the University of Paris VIII for the benefit of the Master 2 in Social Psychology of Work and Health:

conflict resolution and change.

Today within ADN, he works on themes related to change management, influence and strategic

recruitment. A recognized expert in psychological mechanisms, he leads both conferences and training

for organizations of all types to support their performance and conduct specific influencing actions.
