Complex Negotiation Essentials - 1 day Présentiel

The Complex Negotiation Essentials masterclass is a 1-day / 7-hour in-house training programme designed to help participants understand and manage complex negotiation situations involving uncertainty, time pressure, hidden stakes, unfavorable power dynamics, threats, ultimatums, complex personalities, bad faith, hidden agendas, or outright refusal to negotiate.

This masterclass can be taken as a standalone course or as the first step in the ADN Complex Negotiation programme.

The programme is structured around three major learning areas:

• Context: identify the opposing party's motivations, build your own motivational framework, and determine a shared interest in negotiating.
• Actors: map spheres of influence, gather reliable information, and identify complex profiles.
• Balance of power: analyse the balance of power, influence it, and define the appropriate strategy.

The training uses an operational and pragmatic approach based on the experience and expertise of ADN Group negotiators. It alternates between theoretical input and practical exercises using real-world cases so that participants can quickly master the techniques covered.

Pedagogical detours are used to encourage rapid assimilation of concepts, while case studies, staging, and role-playing provide complete immersion. Online tools and tests, including ADN Insider© and NSTAA©, complement the educational framework.

The masterclass is delivered at a location of the client's choice, and may also be held as an option at ADN Group's premises in the heart of Paris. The on-site venue option includes a 40 m² training room, a 20 m² breakout room, welcome coffee and breaks throughout the day except lunch, equipment (Wi‑Fi, TV, sound system, flip chart), and supplies such as pencils, paper, easels, and refreshments.

Administrative and delivery information included in the programme indicates that registration remains open until 72 hours before the start of the masterclass, and that the fee includes one-day facilitation, the ADN Insider© online test, ADN Essentials training materials, the NSTAA© test, and issuance of the ADN Essentials certificate. Recommended reading is not included.

The programme also notes the following sequence around the training path: 15 days before the masterclass, participants take the ADN Insider test to define their negotiator profile; on the day of the masterclass, they receive the ADN Essentials training materials; 10 days after the masterclass, they take the NSTAA© test; between 10 and 90 days after the masterclass, learning consolidation continues; and 90 days after the masterclass, a satisfaction survey is completed.

The training is described as a certified programme delivered by ADN Group, a training organisation registered under number 11755092475 and Qualiopi-certified in the training category (No. FR069878-1, December 2021). The masterclass is eligible for CPF funding under Negotiating in Complex Situations – RS6672.

The programme states that 100% of trainees recommend the training.
